Agricultural Battery Repair FAQ
Can swollen UAV packs be reused?
No. Swollen cells must be removed and recycled. We replace with healthy cells or salvage working cells from multiple packs.
Can you make one working pack from two faulty ones?
Yes, if some cells are still good. This is often the most cost-effective solution.
Do you supply new agricultural drone batteries?
Yes. If repair is uneconomical, we can source Tattu, GensAce, or custom UAV packs.
How do I prepare a pack for courier shipping?
Discharge to 30β40%, tape off terminals, and place in a LiPo-safe bag or original box. Contact us for courier-safe packaging if needed.
Do you perform load testing?
No. We verify cell health, voltage, balance, and BMS functionality. Packs returned are safe to fly, but flight times may vary.
