Every drone accepted into our lab undergoes a formal, rigorous bench assessment subject to a non-refundable R500 diagnostic & reporting fee.

How It Works
Our Strict 4-Step Mail-In Process
To maintain our turnaround times and high engineering standards, all repairs must follow our formal intake pipeline.
We do not accept unbooked drop-offs.
- 1. Log Your Repair Online
Complete our formal Booking Form. Provide your drone model, serial number, and a detailed description of the fault or crash history. - 2. Ship to Our Lab
Securely pack your drone according to our packing guidelines and courier it directly to our secure workshop in Heidelberg, Western Cape. - 3. Diagnostic Assessment & R500 Fee
Upon arrival, your drone is logged into our system. An upfront, non-refundable R500 diagnostic fee is invoiced. Our technicians perform full bench testing and provide a comprehensive written fault report and repair quotation within 3 working days. - 4. Repair & Rigorous Testing
Once you approve the quote in writing, repairs are carried out. Every drone undergoes strict post-repair bench testing and flight calibration before being couriered back to you.
