- Submit Your Technical Log: Complete our online booking form detailing the drone model, serial number, and a thorough description of the fault or incident history.
- Secure Packaging & Freight: Courier your platform directly to our secure technical workshop in Heidelberg, Western Cape. (We provide detailed packing and shipping guidelines upon form submission).
- Diagnostic Bench Fee: Pay the upfront R500 diagnostic fee. Our technicians pull logs, bench-test the components, and provide an official diagnostic report and binding repair quotation within 3 working days.
- Authorized Repair & Calibration: Upon your formal approval, we execute repairs using high-grade components, calibrate all sensors, perform exhaustive bench-level load testing, and courier the asset back to your operation.
