• All batteries delivered are declared and safe for handling.
• The drone is free of hazardous chemicals, pesticides, or biological contaminants unless declared in writing.
• I understand that agricultural UAV platforms operate in corrosive environments and hidden damage may only become visible during inspection.
• I authorize Eden Drone Repairs to perform diagnostic procedures including powered testing, firmware analysis, motor testing, ESC testing, and calibration procedures as required.
• I accept that diagnostic or calibration test flights, where required, are conducted at my own operational risk.
• I understand that repair quotations are estimates and additional faults may be discovered once disassembly begins.
• I accept that liability is strictly limited to the value of the service performed and excludes crop loss, downtime loss, consequential damages, or third-party claims.
• I understand that payment for inspection and repair is due before collection.

Legacy / Older UAV Platform Disclaimer *

I acknowledge that older UAV platforms (5+ years or discontinued models) may not have available parts, firmware support, or manufacturer documentation. I accept that repair may not be economically viable and diagnostic fees remain payable regardless of outcome.
